Mr. Chung was a corporate banker with Lloyds Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America for 25 years until he joined Everhart in 2017. He has extensive experience in structuring real estate loans and managing loan portfolios exceeding $500 million in value. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is an expert in appraising and evaluating the worth of commercial and industrial real estate. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Biola University and completed graduate studies in International Banking from UCLA.

Mr. Savage has involved in an investment banking world for over 50 years during which he has taken numerous companies public and has raised over $700 million in equity and debt.

Mr. Hahn has involved in commercial real estate acquisition and corporate leasing for the last 20 years as well as restructuring and loan work outs. He is also an expert in financial analysis and loan valuation.

Mr. Londino has over 25 years of corporate banking experience. His responsibilities included evaluation of economic strategies, restructuring of commercial loans and notes and market research. He managed a loan portfolio in excess of $250 million .

Ms. von Schlesinger, an European-born, acquired extensive education on both continents. She has over 8 years of experience in high-end commercial real estate throughout the U.S. and Europe and concentrates on working with prominent U.S. and European commercial real estate investors. Since 2003, she has been Chairperson & President of The European-American Sheriff's Advisory Council for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Ms. Van has over 12 years of extensive experience in mortgage banking sales, marketing and customer relationship. She is a graduate of Woodbury University majoring in Sales and Marketing.
